I just got my Chesterfield and chair delivered, and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Ali was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist! "Dealing with Nathan and this company has been a joy..."
Working with this company and Nathan has been a real treat. I requested some samples that showed up quickly, then I swung by the factory and got top-notch help picking out a 2.5 seater, two armchairs, and footstools. The leather is gorgeous, and I can't wait to get them early next year!

Fantastic service! The fabric samples I asked for showed up quickly. I decided to place an order for a Chesterfield sofa over the phone instead of online since I needed a little tweak (different legs), and it was all managed really well.

"Top-notch Quality and Fantastic Service!"
After checking out the showroom and seeing the workshop three times over the last year, we finally made our choice. The team was always super helpful, and eventually, we went ahead and ordered 2 x 2.5 Woodfords along with a chair. The order arrived right on schedule and was delivered with great care. We couldn't find anything to complain about and were really happy. However, we decided to send back the chair, and they accepted it without any fuss. Now, we're waiting for another Woodford sofa to take the chair's place. I’d totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a gorgeous quality sofa with plenty of options and made right here in the UK.

I got my Chesterfield sofa more than two years back, and I gotta say, I didn’t realize just how stunning it is until now. Every time I catch a glimpse of it, I feel this wave of happiness. Walking into the room and seeing it still brings me joy. It’s truly one of my best purchases ever, and I’m really glad I chose this company. Their customer service has been top-notch. "Top-notch furniture and outstanding customer support."
The customer service here is fantastic, with sales and delivery folks who are super helpful and quick. The sofas are of great quality, and I'm really happy with how my Chesterfield Balston/Balmoral sofas look and feel. I had a couple of Chesterfield chairs ages ago, and when I needed to swap out an old (not Chesterfield) three-piece set, getting new Chesterfields was the first thing that popped into my head. Couldn't be more satisfied with my choice.

"Samples provide way better color and..."
Samples provide way better color and texture compared to the pictures. They showed up on time, but unfortunately, 3 out of the 6 samples I asked for were missing. I called to ask about it, and the response was friendly and courteous; more samples were sent my way.

The furniture quality is top-notch, and the delivery was quick and smooth. Customer service, especially Nathan, is outstanding and they’re handling a few small issues really fast.
